| Evergreen Medical Center Woodinville, WA Evergreen Medical Center opened a new facility in Woodinville, Washington in spring 2011. They wanted a piece of art for a waiting room and also wanted the community and the staff to have some kind of part in the creation of the art. I proposed a silk construction with a part of it being woven with hand-dyed ribbon. The community and staff would write messages of hope on the ribbon and then weave them on looms I constructed for the project. My silk construction design was chosen for the project. |
